Booking Information
For Static Caravans and Chalets

1. Deposit: 25% at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks before arrival. No reminder will be sent.

2. All bookings are accepted on the condition that accommodation is left clean and tidy and breakages, damages or missing items are reported and paid for.

3. It is essential that accommodation is vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure as chalets and caravans have to be cleaned, checked and prepared for the next occupants.

4. We request that you do not arrive before 2.30pm. This normally ensures that your accommodation will be clean and ready for you. Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 6.00pm or are delayed en route. Telephone St Day (01209) 820459.

5. Dogs are welcome but it is essential that you include your pet when booking as the caravans available are limited. Dogs are not allowed in Type J, K, L caravans or the deluxe chalets. Dogs must be well behaved, house trained, kept on a lead at all times when on the site and must not be left in the caravan unattended. There is a charge of £15.00 per week.

6. Cancellations can only be considered if made in writing (preferably by registered post) and if possible at least 3 weeks before the holiday is due to begin. We will, if we re-let, refund the deposit, less £15.00 booking fee per week booked. If we fail to re-let, we reserve the right, at our discretion to claim the balance at the end of the letting period. We strongly advise that you take Holiday Insurance cover at £15 per week as we cannot guarantee re-letting accommodation, especially at short notice.

7. Midweek and short-let bookings are accepted when available at our discretion. Bookings are only taken at a maximum of 2 weeks before.

8. Bookings are not binding until confirmed by us in writing.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

For your benefit and protection we have arranged a Cancellation Insurance Scheme whereby in the event of unavoidable cancellation of your booking your legal obligation to pay the balance of the holiday rental charge and forfeiture of deposit is protected. Providing that £15 per week booked, was paid at the time of booking we will then refund your deposit and balance, if already paid, if you cancel for any of the qualifying reasons. (See conditions).

Holiday Cancellation Scheme Conditions

1. A non-refundable fee of £15 per week booked must be paid at the time of booking.

2. The period of cover is from the time of acceptance of booking until arrival at accommodation booked.

3. Cover is only applicable to members of the party named on the booking form.

4. Notification of cancellation and claims must be made in writing as soon as possible.

5. Cancellation Insurance covers cancellation due to the following only:-

(i) Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party.
(ii) Maternity of a member of the party.
(iii) Redundancy or Jury Service.

6. An Authoritative Document in support of cancellation must be produced ie: Doctors Certificate, Redundancy Notice or Jury Notice.
